A pan-European supply chain had to deliver installation-ready components to a tightly controlled installation sequence, set by challenging soil, weather and vessel constraints.
What we did
We supported Van Oord through the engineering and procurement phase: aligning design, procurement, fabrication and delivery, validating contractor schedules and forecasting their ability to deliver in line with contractual obligations.

Schedule credibility throughout, and the confidence to execute one of the UK's most complex offshore wind packages.
